Customer Success Manager (Denver, CO)

The Position:

Simply Framed is on a mission to make custom framing simple, painless, and accessible for artists and their businesses. We’re growing and looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Denver-based team.

In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our artist and trade clients—consulting on how to grow their businesses through drop-ship framing and printing, while ensuring they stay happy and loyal. If you’re energized by relationship-building, optimizing the operations of the sales pipeline, and have a sharp eye for growth, we want to meet you.

The Role:

  • Manage a SMB book of business with a proactive approach, identifying risks, reducing churn, and strengthening client loyalty
  • Become a trusted resource for all things framing and printing. Learn our tools quickly, leverage automation, and tailor solutions to support client goals
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that streamline workflows and elevate both the client and team experience
  • Work cross-functionally to shape initiatives that improve retention, operations, and the overall customer experience. Your client insights will drive smarter decisions
  • Lead new B2B clients through a seamless, thoughtful onboarding process—from initial setup to long-term engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, act as a consultative advisor, and support the sales journey from interest to order
  • Act as the day-to-day expert for clients, offering timely, thoughtful support via email, phone, and video. You’ll share customer insights that help influence product and process improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
  • Exceptional client-facing presence. You’re energetic, confident, and organized
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs and Google Suite
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and long-term success
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Self-directed in managing day-to-day activities, while collaborating with technical and non-technical teammates to share best practices
  • Excellent listener with a talent for identifying unspoken customer needs
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine appreciation for art and working with creative professionals

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with Shopify
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other CRM tools
  • Background in sales with a consultative approach
  • A strong eye for interior design and aesthetics
  • Skills in forecasting, reporting, and data analysis
  • BA/BS degree
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment
  • Fluency in Spanish
